New classes through Zoom

These are classes are intended for senior fitness, working with those from ages 50 and up. These workouts are designed to help maintain and improve, flexibility, balance, strength, cardio pulmonary function and much more.
Classes at this time are intended to be live in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment.
Can’t make at live at these times ? Classes are also recored so you can watch in your time.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat, small step, light weights depending ability, 3-10lbs and mini loop bands.
